This notice explains how DeNada Works handles information connected with denadaworks.com. DeNada Works is a business name used by Dennis Simonson. It applies to this public website, not to a separate service or client system that may have its own notice.
Information you choose to send
The inquiry form creates an email draft for you to review. Nothing is sent from the form until you choose Send in your email application. If you send it, we may receive your name, business name, work email, optional phone number, selected service, message, and campaign or page-entry details included with the draft. We use that information to respond, assess and scope a request, communicate about a potential engagement, and manage business records.
If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant contact and project details may be entered into our CRM and project system for follow-up and delivery. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer, employee, financial, health, or identity information through this website.
Workflow self-check
The workflow self-check calculates a suggestion in your browser. Its answers are not sent to DeNada Works by the page code. If you choose to contact us, the email draft includes only the contact form information and selected service; your self-check answers stay in that browser session.
Technical information and hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. To provide delivery, reliability, and security, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address, requested page or file, browser and system information, referring page, and network/security metadata. Cloudflare's handling is described in its Privacy Policy. We do not include analytics or advertising-tracking scripts in the site source. Cloudflare or another provider may use technical or security mechanisms needed to serve and protect the site.
How we use and share information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare scopes, provide services, maintain business records, protect the site and our systems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may share information only as needed with:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and secures the website;
- email and communication providers used to receive or respond to a message;
- CRM, project-management, or other service providers used to administer an inquiry or client engagement; and
- professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law or needed to protect legal rights and security.
We do not use this website to make automated decisions about visitors. Links to other websites, including the staff workspace, are governed by those services' own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies and analytics
The current site source does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include third-party advertising pixels. The hosting or security provider may use technical mechanisms necessary to deliver or protect the site. If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking technology, we will update this notice and provide any controls required by law.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, keep required records, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. Cloudflare and other service providers apply their own retention periods to information they process. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may be able to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information about you, or opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information or process it for targeted advertising. To ask a question or make a request, use the form below or email dennis@denadaworks.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify and process your request. Please do not email identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
If a privacy law that applies to your request gives you a right to appeal a denial, reply with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will review the appeal and respond within the period required by applicable law. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General's consumer protection division.
